Our goal is to transform your event, party or gathering into a memorable experience that will have your guest thanking you for the invitation. We love to offer AUTHENTIC New Orleans dishes such as Jambalaya, Crawfish/Shrimp Etouffee, Gumbos, or Creole Style pastas.
However, if you desire a more traditional menu, we can prepare those items with “Nawlins” flavor.
We strive for perfection in the hopes of greatly exceeding all your expectations. Our food will be consistent. Our presentation will be professional. Our service will be impeccable.
ORDERING
In order to ensure the maximum level of service, please call, fax or email your catering request at least 10 days prior to your event with the following information:
- Number Expected Guests
- Location of Event
- Food, Beverage, Dessert, and Supplies Needed
- Billing Information
- Contact Person Name, Telephone Number, and Email Address
DISCOUNTS/PAYMENTS
On parties or events of 50 or more guests, we will offer a 10% discount on your entire order. Payment is expected at time service is rendered and food delivered. In special circumstances we will set up a 15 day billing period.
